In the News > Life (and cheese) depends on change...

Updated 27th July

Regular visitors to the site may have noticed that it has not been updated as much as previously - just to let you all know, this is because it has been a particularly busy time at Churchmouse Cheeses lately!

We are about to undergo a wholesale revamp of the website. Many of you tell us how great you find our website to be and how easy it is to navigate your way around - well, that won't be changing; if it aint broke, don't fix it, as the saying goes! We are just giving the website a little sprinkling of cheesy love to keep it looking fresh, current and at the top of its game.

John has been busy creating his first-ever cheese, Bright Blessed Crest (for more information, check out our other news feature). This has taken many months of moulding, brining, maturing and designing but this new Cumbrian ewes milk cheese is now available to buy - hooray!

We have also just taken on a new employee, Julia Chappell (hello lovely Julia!), to help us with the marketing side of the business. There are never enough hours in the day to get everthing done and the marketing side of our business has been slowing down, including our newsletter, Squeaks from the Churchmouse. But, rest asssured, within the next few weeks we will be whipping up a media frenzy and, if you are signed up to receive our Newsletter, you will be receiving the first of our glittering and gleaming new-look Squeaks.

So, as you can see, we have had a busy old time of it - no excuses though, bear with us for a couple more weeks and the new website will be up and running. I've seen it and it is looking gorgeous!

The future lies this way...
