Our biggest selling 'fruity' cheese, this is the finest Wensleydale with Cranberries I have tasted, containing crunchy, sweet chunky pieces of cranberry rather than thousands of tiny, chopped up little pieces. Made by Peter Greenfield in Inglewhite – which is actually in Lancashire! No matter – it’s the taste that counts with this cheese, just forgive Mr. Greenfield the fact that he is not a Yorkshireman! Pasteurised cow’s milk. Suitable for vegetarians.
