The dairy take their popular Cumberland Farmhouse cheese and smoke it over pure Cumbrian oak chippings in their own smokehouse at the back of the dairy (so as to carefully control every aspect of the cheese making process)
Fantastic for those who love a smoked cheese as the cheese itself is of superb quality and does not have that rubbery texture that many smoked cheeses seem to have.
Unpasteurised, locally-sourced cow's milk (all milk comes from within a 4 mile radius of the dairy) Suitable for vegetarians.
