A Cumbrian dairy has won a clutch of national awards for its cheeses.

silvers recently.
Appleby
Creamery, which was launched last year, won silver at the Soil
Association Awards with its Eden Valley organic brie and a silver at
the British Cheese Awards.
Appleby has a history of producing cheese, and thanks to old
Applebians Alan Mandle, Maurice Walton and Bob Parmley, the town can
once again be proud of its cheese-making tradition.
Alan, Maurice and Bob, who are former workers at the old town cheese
factory, have a combined 70 years of experience in cheese-making.
Made with Cumbrian organic milk, Eden Valley organic brie is served in many regional restaurants.
Creamy, smooth and velvety with a supple, yielding paste and a gentle aftertaste.
Pasteurised cow's milk, suitable for vegetarians.
