Brand new cheese, launched this week! Exclusive to Churchmouse Cheeses, this soft ewes milk cheese is made in Appleby, Cumbria especially for us!

Bright Blessed Crest has a smooth velvet texture with a rich creaminess and a gentle "sheerness". Mild and slightly firmer when young, the cheese matures to a yielding, buttery paste when fully mature. Made in Appleby-in-Westmorland by Maurice Walton and his small team, this sheeps milk cheese is teeming with the freshness of the Cumbrian fells and is absolutely delicious when spread thickly onto our Millers Damsel Charcoal Biscuits and enjoyed with a good dollup of Claire's Red Onion Marmalade (hand made by Claire Kent in Wigton, Cumbria).
